for meeting Monday 2nd May, Hotel Ifach, Calpe Karla
welcomed all members and our new member and guest who had made the effort to
attend our meeting, even though it was a public holiday! It causes such
chaos to change these meetings from the first or third Monday, that they are
better left in place if we can, holidays or not. Visit
to the Mesquida Suzanna

of the SH Ifach is only temporary for two to three meetings but members have
contacts at the Hotel Cactus in Albir and the Hotel Melia in Altea and we
will be looking into the possibility of using these for future meetings on
an occasional basis. In the
meantime Kathleen will be taking a couple of bottles of wine to the Manager
at the Ifach as a sweetener! Marcia
apologised that we will not actually be able to use the studio on Mondays as
there is a class at 3.30pm but it is available for use fundraising/meetings
on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Geraldine
O’Reilly of the Café Boulevar has offered the use of the place for small
meeting groups. There
was a suggestion raised about the production of a gift box to be handed out

This would include items such as flannel, toothbrush, toys and books
for the children and hand cream/
moisturiser etc.
