The Bake-Sale stall was a resounding success, despite strong competition.

I would like to give a big “Thank you” to my team Paul, Regina and Jane. Paul was just wonderful at helping me set the stall up first thing. Regina and Jane made things run smoothly all day long.  When we wound up the day they worked like lightening at clearing everything up.

A big “Thank you” to all those busy ladies who actually had time to get in the kitchen and make something for the stall. The home-made goods were just delicious and whoever brought those Lemon Cakes, could I have the recipe?!!!

The cakes that were not sold, I took round to the EMAUS Head Office, to be distributed to the children in the shelters. They were very grateful for the goodies and will be sending a letter saying so – to the WIBC in the near future.
