EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

I agree to abide by the terms & conditions as shown below & as may be updated on www.wibc-spain.com.

  1. All exhibitors MUST be members of WIBC and must either own or be directly employed by the company represented

  2. At present men are allowed to help in the setting up of a stand but must not be involved in any way in the running of the stand. NO men are to be seen to be running a stand or dealing with the public in any way. The member who has booked the stand is to be responsible for ensuring this or they will be asked to close down their stand and leave the exhibition.

  3. Stands are not transferable! If you need to cancel your stand for whatever reason you must inform us immediately as we have a waiting list. If we manage to sell your stand successfully you may be entitled to a refund depending on the circumstances. Anyone not complying with this condition will forfeit their stand and not be entitled to a refund.

  4. All exhibitors must contribute a prize for the raffle to the approximate value of €10 or more. Discount vouchers are NOT acceptable. Failure to provide a raffle prize will mean the exhibitor being charged an additional €10.

  5. Stands MUST be set up by 9.30am on 25th November 2009, and NOT dismantled before 6pm.

  6. Any exhibitors arriving to set up their stand after 9.30am will not be allowed to exhibit.

  7. Any exhibitor who wishes to give any health or beauty treatment to visitors must provide proof that they are fully covered by insurance and have the relevant recognised qualifications. This also applies to anyone else on your stand giving treatments. 

  8. No individual raffles can be held without permission from the organising Committee. 

  9. Exhibitors must keep their displays within the confines of their stands (2m x 1m (single) or 4m x 1m (double) and not encroach onto other exhibitor’s space or into public access-ways.

  10. All displays must be free standing and are not to be stuck on walls, windows, room dividors/panels or pillars.

  11. Exhibitors must respect the visitors, other exhibitors, the organisers of exhibition and staff of the exhibition venue.

  12. The organisers will not be held responsible for exhibition cancellation for any reason.

 

Failure to comply with these requirements, or other Terms & Conditions as may be shown on
www.wibc-spain.com  may result in a member not being allowed to exhibit, with no refund given, and/or a refusal for participation in future WIBC exhibitions.
